What are the benefits of a land lease community?

In a land lease community, such as Glenwood, residents own their home and pay a monthly fee to lease the land. They pay no property tax and get a beautiful home for about half the price.

What does the monthly fee cover?

The monthly fee covers maintenance of roads, common ground, trees and underground utilities. This fee ensures the community remains beautiful and well-maintained.

What are manufactured homes like?

They can be quite spectacular, from high-end homes to comfortable mid-range options. They are built to federal (HUD) code and feature open floor plans, modern kitchens, and quality construction.
